
Since we are setting the energy in motion for 2010
Here is a list of my weight loss short term goals:
1- Lose 10 pounds by May 1
2- Hire a Personal Fitness Trainer
3- Workout 2 times a week with Trainer
4- 30min treadmill every morning before office time
Maintain the following:
5- Walk 3miles a day with my dog
6- 30min workout in my home Gym with Hubby
