Jennifer's Discovery of the Week March 18, 2010


My discovery of the week is this great book I just ordered a couple weeks ago off of Amazon.com The gal who wrote this, Chantel Hobbs once weighed over 300 lbs and lost it and has kept it off. Her story is incredibly inspirational. Like myself, she too helps others become happier and healthier by providing life coaching and fitness training.

Here is a brief explanation of the book that I pulled from Amazon
